Wrong parts sent. Still missing the broken pieces I asked for originally!

I contacted Unicorn Toys regarding a part that broke during my son’s construction of the toy robot. They responded quickly(check junk mail) and sent the new part free of charge and I got it in less than 2 weeks. From my experience they have great service and back up the toys they sell.

The company was quick to send out my replacement part, however it was the wrong part, after a delay in response, contacting them through chat was successful and they have promptly sent out a new replacement!

Parts were free and delivered. No fuss. Great.
